UNICOM trainer is a consulting enterprise Agile transformation coach, a passionate Agile trainer, and Agile evangelist. He is currently a freelance consulting Scrum Coach for BA Continuum India (Bank of America), Hyderabad, implementing a large scale agile transformation. Earlier, he worked as Managing Director for a SalesForce based application development company, during which time he led Scrum implementation and coached various teams in Agile practices, values, and principles. He trained over 1500 participants in Agile and PMBOK® in the last several years.
Overall, he has 30 years of work experience, which includes 5 years of onsite work experience in USA. Most of experience includes standard
software development including customizations & localizations. He worked in various senior leadership positions across the globe. He likes working with people – the most valuable living things on the earth. He has over 9+ years of experience in successfully leading & implementing Iterative, Incremental, eXtreme Programing and Agile practices. Since 2008 he started using much Scrum along with XP, Lean, and Kanban on large & medium size application development projects which include projects in developing applications on cloud - like SaleForce.com. He coaches Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Teams, Management including functional heads. He has experience in transforming entire organization to agility – hiring to delivery!
