Duration : 2 Days
The role of Product Owner is key to the success of any Scrum project: The Product Owner provides the vision and guidance to the Project Team, bridging the potential gap with the customers and business. With overall responsibility for Return on Investment (ROI), the Product Owner combines the traditional roles of the project and product manager into one.
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) course also gives you enough information to understand how Scrum works and how to implement Scrum framework in your team, but focuses mainly on functioning as the product owner, or customer, for a Scrum team. You will learn about activities such as managing stakeholders, ROI, backlog grooming, creating effective stories, acceptance criteria for stories, defining done, and so on.”
Overall CSPO course focuses on the role of “the decider” and focuses on the vision inherent in this role. If you work on Scrum projects for long enough, you likely will be a ScrumMaster at some point. But, lots of people never fill the role of Product Owner, for a variety of reasons. The product owner is the team member with the product’s vision in mind.
This Course employs practical exercises, Case Studies and discussions to provide everything that a Scrum Product Owner needs to know to be able to drive a successful Scrum Project. Participants who complete the course successfully will be designated Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). This Certification includes a one-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, where additional materials and information is available exclusively to CSPO’s.
Even with the addition of an exam to get certified, the number of people clamoring for CSPO is rising steadily, as having this certification on resume is helping people get jobs and helping companies market their employees. The Certified Scrum Product Owner course is the industry-standard for preparing you to the next level of Scrum.
