Apeksha Patel
India's first woman CST, India's first AKT, ORSC, NLP and enterprise coach with 17 years of experience. She brings with her a blend of Business, Technical and Life Coaching experience to every workshop that she conducts and every coaching gig she undertakes.
Apeksha worked as a Build and Release engineer for over 2.5 years enabling development teams to continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Apeksha worked with multiple clients in United States helping them with their Build and release strategy for over a year.
Apeksha had a short stint of 8 months helping a team at Qualcomm adopt engineering practices.
Apeksha worked close to 5 years as a DevOps Specialist helping Product development teams building products in HPC space to shorten their time to market engineering practices.
Apeksha currently works as a Product Owner and delivers CSM, TKP, KMP, ICAgile Coaching, and many other trainings. She also consults with the clients to help them in their agility journey.
Satisha Venkataramaiah
Satisha is a passionate Product Owner who spends most of his time building Products for Startups and Product Managers. He shares his experience of working 4 days week in his CSM, CSPO and Product Management workshops.
Satisha started his career in 1999 with CMC Limited and worked as a Systems Developer for about 5 years working on multiple Government projects in SCADA, MIS.
Satisha worked as an Application Developer working closely with Retiral benefitsProcessing team for about year.
Satisha worked in various customer facing roles from Systems Analyst to Six Sigma Black Belt for about 5 years building applications for Warranty Management Group.
Satisha worked as Organizational Design Coach and then later moved onto Product Owner role building products in HPC space in his 5 year stint at Altair Engineering.
