Tolga has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering and he has been working mostly in telecommunication sector and various positions as developer, tester, business analyst, product manager, team leader, test expert etc. in his 13 years professional work life. That’s why he knows product life cycle very well, always has been interested in finding defects and increasing test coverage to improve quality as a mindset, i.e. independent of his role. He represents himself as a first customer of the product to stakeholders, stands as a bridge between test and development scrum teams, smells customer needs very well by gathering feature requirements and designing proper test scenarios accordingly. He is a real bug buster even his private life. He is also interested in traveling, discovering new places and meeting with new people.

Continuous testing means testing over the whole software development lifecycle (SDLC) while testing at digitalization era means much more as it requires a significant paradigm shift in quality mindset; i.e. â€œShift Left of Testingâ€ which means any quality assurance topic needs to be initiated as early as possible in the SDLC. In Siemens way of enabling better test management, this implies introduction of a new role called â€œTest Ownerâ€ to govern the testing process more efficiently.
