I head up the IT Enterprise Business Systems function servicing O2C, R2P, R2R, H2R, P2D valuestreams, globally running ops, programme planning execution/development (changes and projects) and roadmap development. We are leveraging agile and devops practices to increase throughput and build a culture that facilitates well aligned, autonomous and high performing teams located across key geographies.
