X Topic Abstract

Cryptotech Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a company founded to find innovative solutions to the problem of financial leakage of Donor Aid at all levels of Government, Commerce, and NGO's.

Using the FIT - Framework for Innovative Thinking methodology we systematically seek innovative solutions to seemingly "Wicked Problems". The scale and pervasiveness of these problems can only be remedied by unconventional means. The simplest way is to simply remove the cash from the system and to replace it with an alternative and more secure payment method, such as the Donorcoin Token that can be uniquely coded for payment of a specific purchase unlike fiat currency. Financial Leakage in the Donor Aid space is the result of the "Leaky Bucket" syndrome. Donor dollars are continuously leaked through hand-offs, bureaucratic system, mis-management, and misuse of donor funds.

To remedy this situation, one needs to take an eco-system view of the total process and deal with the problems and short comings at every level, such as funding, sourcing, procurement, coordination, governance, delivery, and reporting.

Our Cryptotech BAAS Platform is designed to alleviate many of these problems without adding more complexity or costs and at the same time slashing delivery and response times.

To establish trust, intermediaries and extra steps are often introduced into business networks, resulting in complex and costly processes. Blockchain technology by its very nature implement trust into the technical DNA of the network. The question is whether or not Blockchain technology is ready for the enterprise. Can it address questions like scalability and privacy? With solutions like HyperLedger Fabric V1 and Ethereum Quorum, toolsets like HyperLedger Composer, and concepts like zero knowledge proof maturing rapidly, the beginning of the enterprise Blockchain might be closer than you think.
