Biography

Rosalind Radcliffe IBM Distinguished Engineer, Chief Architect for DevOps for Enterprise systems. Rosalind is responsible for driving the direction for products in support of customers transformation to DevOps specifically focused on IBM Z, including bringing open source pipelines to the platform. In addition she works with clients in their DevOps transformations. She is a frequent speaker at conferences, master inventor, a member of the IBM Academy of Technology leadership team.

In her 33 year career with IBM she has held many different roles including development, test, User Interface Design, Industry Standards work as well as services. She has worked in many different areas including systems management and application development which is why she is now focused on DevOps.

Large enterprises need to provide high quality software while still moving at a rapidly increasing pace, in order to accomplish this, an overall view of software quality needs to be considered. This session will discuss how to bring this culture of quality and how to bring automation and continuous testing practices to the Enterprise including IBM.
